Raid Schedules

TG Admins will be able to set a schedule (possibly on daily, weekly, monthly intervals) for when raids will get executed at specified times throughout the day.

This could work when users go on holiday, for example, and nobody is around to make raids (and don’t want to rely on AutoRaid).
